Taylor Wessing is a recent joiner to the Grassroots and will be supporting the entrepreneurial community with free “drop-in clinic” to address any of your legal challenges.
James Homan (a partner in Corporate Technology Group) and Nicola Caton (senior associate), as well as other members of the TW team, will be running the clinic.
TW is a global law firm known for supporting technology and life science companies through the life cycle from “cradle to liquidity”, from obtaining investment funding (from seed to series D and beyond), to launching and licensing products, protecting data and IP rights, and delivering successful exits for founders and investors.
Free legal drop-in clinic
The free “drop-in clinic” is open to all companies within the Grassroots and Oxford Trust community. No booking is required and will be initially held in either Meeting Room 1 or Meeting Room 2 in Grassroots.
Given the TW sector focus, the drop-in clinic will be of most value to tech and life sciences start-ups, companies and investors, but the firm advises across four main sectors, covering:
- Technology, media and communications
- Life sciences and healthcare
- Real Estate, infrastructure and energy
- Private wealth
The clinic with run on Wednesdays in two-week cycles.
