Free Coaching Drop-in with Claudia Filsinger, Moving Maps Ltd.
August 13 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
FreeClaudia Filsinger, executive coach and founder of Moving Maps Ltd. will support the Grassroots and Oxford Trust communities by providing a thinking space and being a sounding board with no agenda for any of your work challenges or growth opportunities.
Coaching supports you in expanding your thinking through deep listening, questions, mirroring back, exploring and challenging limiting beliefs, assumptions and potential blind spots. Coaches don’t give advice but help you to uncover the solutions you might not know yet that you know already!
You can use the coaching to reflect on current or future challenges, but also to learn from past events. Common coaching topics you could bring:
- Generating and evaluating options for problem-solving or decision making
- Transitioning into new roles
- Increasing personal effectiveness and communication
- People management & leadership
- Managing the “inner critical voice” and imposter syndrome
- Preparing for challenging or high-stakes conversations or meetings
- Managing conflict
- Supporting the people-side of change before or after restructuring or M&A
- Stakeholder management
This free “Coaching drop-in” is open to all companies within the Grassroots and Oxford Trust Community. No booking is required and it will be held in Grassroots. Drop-in on the day in person or email claudia.filsinger@moving-maps.com to receive a Zoom link for an online meeting.
