Grassroots members are invited to a Corporate Finance (M&A and Capital Raising) Drop-In Clinic at Grassroots on Tuesday 24 September.

Kinetix Corporate Finance is an Oxford-based advisory boutique and a Grassroots member. Kinetix advises on fund raises from Seed through to private equity and institutional rounds, M&A, especially disposals by VC-owned and owner-manager businesses, acquisitions, valuations, and corporate NED advice.

Free Corporate Finance Drop-In Clinic

The free clinic should be of interest to founders, companies and their investors wishing to either raise finance and / or exit, for example by a disposal.

Partners Ray Barrett, David Armfield and Rob McGrigor will be running the clinic. Please feel free to drop in to talk with any one of them.

The clinic is open to all companies and investors within the Grassroots and Oxford Trust community. No booking is required. Kinetix can be found in Office 2. Meeting rooms are also booked if required for confidentiality purposes.

The clinics will be held on a rolling basis, with dates confirmed in advance.
