Field Seymour Parkes

Got a burning Legal question you’d love to ask an expert?  Well, this is your moment to do exactly that.  Don’t miss it!  Read on and remember to book your slot!

We are delighted to host legal workshop sessions on April 7th, led by Field Seymour Parkes LLP (FSP Legal) – www.fsp-law.com.

Field Seymour Parkes (FSP) dedicated business services team provides clients with a tailored service to their needs.  They provide a full spectrum of advice for businesses, directors, owners, and in-house counsel that combines their expertise and a pragmatic approach. This includes intellectual property, commercial contracts, employment, dispute resolution, and data protection.

Their experience for their clients ranges from the routine to one-off projects, transactions and ad-hoc advice, and fits seamlessly into the full service offer that FSP can provide. Their wider practice includes commercial property, corporate and banking and finance for corporate clients, investors and significant property clients. Their work includes high value acquisitions and disposals, as well as complex secured lending and general corporate governance and structuring.

Meet your Hosts:

Susan Wells

Susan specialises in a broad range of commercial, technology and IP matters covering various commercial contracts, data protection, the preparation and filing of UK trademark applications and advising on EU and international trademark applications. Susan also advises on non-litigious construction matters and regularly acts for developers, funders, contractors and professional team members in preparing and negotiating the relevant construction documents.

David Clay

David is an Associate in the Employment team, advising both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. David combines a thorough and considered approach to his work with a focus on understanding his clients’ ultimate objectives and tailoring his advice to take account of salient personal and commercial pressures.

How to Book:
Your Host’s plan is to have individual sessions with one business at a time (although happy for more than one representative of that business to attend) where you will discuss the issue(s) that your business would like to speak about. If Employment related issues, you speak with David Clay & if commercial/IP issues you should book with Susan Wells.

As you can see, there are 8 slots available to book, so very limited. Bookings will be accepted on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis.
