Their work includes high value acquisitions and disposals\, as well as complex secured lending and general corporate governance and structuring. \nMeet your Hosts: \n \nSusan Wells \nSusan specialises in a broad range of commercial\, technology and IP matters covering various commercial contracts\, data protection\, the preparation and filing of UK trademark applications and advising on EU and international trademark applications. Susan also advises on non-litigious construction matters and regularly acts for developers\, funders\, contractors and professional team members in preparing and negotiating the relevant construction documents. \n \nDavid Clay \nDavid is an Associate in the Employment team\, advising both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
